Return Policy

To guarantee customer satisfaction, we offer free returns for the products that for some reasons did not met our customer's expectations.

Delivery:

Azoobi will ensure that the products are delivered in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Most of the items are shipped for free. For items that require separate shipping charges, we will indicate it clearly on the item detail page and during order placement.

If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges. If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded. *

Return & Exchange:

You have the option to return or exchange items purchased on Azoobi.in. Return/Exchange acceptance varies from 7 to 30 days of the receipt of the item and depends on our sellers and Affiliate partners. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, an exchange is subject to availability of the item. *

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

  • We do not accept return or exchange requests for innerwear, cosmetics, socks, deodorants, perfumes and free items
  • Fine jewellery products must be returned within 7 days from the day of delivery,
  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
  • Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
  • Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by our logistics team.
  • In case you had purchased an item, which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.
  • If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
  • Once we receive your return, you will be reimbursed a maximum of 50 wallet credits towards shipping costs, if self-shipped. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of this Policy.
  • We endeavour to process your refunds within 3 business days from the date of receipt of the Product. However, the refund is subject to the transaction and processing time were taken by the bank after the NEFT is initiated by Azoobi. In case of any refund discrepancies, Azoobi may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.
  • We understand that in some scenarios, the Product may take more than 7 days to reach our warehousing and Quality Check facilities. In such scenario, we process the refund amounts intermittently but, in case the Product does not clear the Quality check, we reserve all right to take appropriate steps to recover the amount already credited to your account.
